Although the concept of rule of law is very much accepted in commonwealth political traditions its practical application is still a question. The legal norms such as, “ Every person is equal before law ” or “ Every person is entitled to the equal protection of the law ” or “every person is presumed to be innocent until his guilt is proved “ are just fictions before the ordinary poor man. Therefore, the civil society should be strengthened and all of us should continue to be active in order to make rule of law a reality.
